OUR SERVICES
Recooperation Physical Therapy is an all-inclusive outpatient physical therapy practice.
Below are examples of common conditions we assess and treat. For a full comprehensive list, click here.
Injury may occur while participating in sports. We provide services to help you develop, restore, and maintain your movement and functional ability. Our sports medicine rehabilitation plans may involve evaluation, prevention, treatment and focus on performance enhancement
We treat numerous musculoskeletal disorders and conditions that affect the spine and limit physical function. Some commonly treated spine disorders include; Degenerative disc disease, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid arthritis, Sciatica, Spondylolisthesis, Sciatic, and Whiplash.
Post-surgery, it is important that therapy is guided by the surgical procedure. Our physical therapists are knowledgeable about surgical procedures and treatment goals and they can tailor their efforts to improve your well-being post-surgery.
We treat a variety of conditions that affect the skeletal and muscular system, with treatment administered via one-on-one care between therapist and patient. Injuries such as neck and back pain, or shoulder tendonitis, can be treated with orthopedic rehabilitation, along with carpal tunnel syndrome, knee and ankle sprains, and hip pains.
Our therapists can provide evaluation and treatment to reduce the risk of falls and improve balance. Balance training emphasizes functional movement patterns and uses controlled instability to help individuals discover the limits of stability or the point at which they begin to lose control, and expand that limit.
OUR THERAPISTS
I would give Jeff the highest recommendation. The knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and treatment provided – I was very pleased with the total experience. Thank you for a positive outpatient experience.

I always felt Jeff’s greatest intention was to get me well and to help me stay healthy. I never felt rushed like I had in other offices. I would say if you want good professional physical therapy, see Jeff Cooper.
